Candace is here to balance the books and collect the coin. Coming from the world of live event production finance and operations she is an integral part of the team, overseeing all general accounting and creating cost-effective efficiencies.

Ashlea is a Jill of all trades and our master of communications with a background in events, talent relations, publicity and artist development. Hailing from down under and from across the pond, she brings her worldly background and industry insight to every client event.

UK Business Development + Production Lead
Gem is a true gem who draws from her fifteen plus years of industry experience to handle every task with a smile of determination. With her hands-on experience working domestically at westhaus and her extensive background in events and publicity, she is developing our international presence by bringing the westhaus expertise in the entertainment events sector overseas.

With twenty plus years of experience, Wendy is an undisputed pro and has made a name for herself by bringing innovative ideas to every project and consistently raising the bar. With her wit and unapologetic ambition, Wendy turns generic ideas into one-of-a-kind designs.
MCKENZIE BING
Event Associate
Mckenzie works alongside Weston on the day-to-day operations. With her southern charm and can-do attitude, she supports the team with all tasks, soaking up every opportunity to gain useful knowledge and firsthand experience.

Event Producer
Emma is a seasoned professional with a global background as a music and television event producer. She is a production perfectionist who built her foundation and goal oriented mindset from both agency and in-house positions overseeing live events and network launches.

Lucy is an adaptable event professional who spent over a decade working in global partnerships for entertainment. She uses her creativity and resources to strategically manage all facets of event production while focusing on client objectives resulting in impactful events.

Event Producer
Jen is a seasoned marketer who built her career overseeing film and television events at Sony Pictures and Hulu and leading brand and experiential events at startups. She is an event expert with a proven track record of driving bold, high-touch experiences that garner press and increase brand awareness.
COLLEEN KILPATRICK
East Coast Events + Publicity Lead
Colleen is our New York girlie who helps the team lead our East Coast projects. Her career as an entertainment and crisis publicist gives her a dual skill set allowing her to work in event production while simultaneously serving as our event media and talent liaison and spearheading westhaus publicity strategy.
CARLY CHAPMAN
Graphic Designer
Carly is our Adobe ace with an eye for graphic design that elevates every project she touches. She works on a variety of tasks including client events where she helps create digital and physical assets to westhaus brand projects like this chic website.
BELLA MAYTORENA
Communications Lead
Bella lives for a list and serves as a lead for event communications. She handles all invitation communications from beginning to end by creating and implementing invite and tracking processes, building seating charts and managing a team for day-of execution.
